Terms of Service

Welcome to Swap. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. What Swap is: a free barter marketplace. No money changes hands between traders through Swap, and we charge no listing, transaction or subscription fees.

2. Your account: Swap accounts are shared with Oka234 Marketplace. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Listings: only list items you own and are allowed to trade. Prohibited items (illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit products, etc.) will be removed and may result in a ban.

4. Trades: Swap connects traders; the exchange itself happens between you. Meet in public places for physical trades, use receipts where possible, and trust your instincts.

5. No warranty: the platform is provided "as is". We are not a party to any trade and make no guarantees about items, services or other users.

6. Changes: we may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
